One of the most important drawbacks of pex piping is that they cannot be used in outdoor applications because the UV rays can be easily damaged because it is plastic layered.

Copper pipes are the most traditional plumbing pipes that are used due to their extensive duration and reliability. They provide superior corrosion resistance and them material is great and it can also be used for hot and cold water. The most important factor about copper piping is that it needs to be soldered together and it might require additional fittings.
